Jordan Turboff, Marketing Coordinator/ Broker

Jordan Turboff joined AXIO Commercial Real Estate in September 2007, where she oversees company and prospective site research, develops marketing creations and concepts, and assists with tenant representation. Jordan began her real estate career with her father in 1996 in Houston, Texas. After graduating college and moving to Denver in 2002, she became a licensed real estate Broker and worked for Keller Williams Denver and later Staubach & Company, as the assistant to the President and the Vice President of the Retail Division.

Returning to Houston in 2004, she obtained a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License and joined Personette & Associates, where she attained the position of Sales Director and headed a team selling newly-renovated condominiums and new construction townhomes. After two years, she joined Prime Capital Corporation as Residential Sales Manager and Director of Residential Site Selection. In 2006, she partnered with Patty Bigelow to co-found Prime Capital Realty, LLC, as President and Director of Marketing and Sales, before moving back to Denver in May of 2007.

Jordan is also an active member of Urban Land Institute/ Young Leaders Group (ULI/YLG) and the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR).

Education
Jordan holds a degree in Fine Arts from Regis University and has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado since 2002.
