Tanner Johnson, Vice President

Tanner Johnson has been with AXIO Commercial Real Estate since January 2007. At AXIO, he is primarily responsible for new business development, marketing, landlord and tenant representation. In addition, Tanner is responsible for transaction evaluation and execution, financial analysis, due diligence, and industry market research for the firms deals.

Prior to AXIO, Tanner began his real estate career with Grubb & Ellis, Co., working extensively along the Colorado Boulevard corridor and Cherry Creek markets representing landlords and tenants alike. Following Grubb & Ellis, Co., he joined Colliers International, where he was responsible for corporate services, due diligence, new business development and tenant and landlord representation. Tanner’s responsibilities included leasing and marketing of portfolios in excess of 400,000 Sq. Ft. and successfully represented companies such as Honeywell International, Allstate, Textron Financial and TA Associates Realty.

Tanner is also an active member of ULI Colorado’s Executive Committee where he is currently the Co-Chair of ULI-YLG. He is also a member of the International Council of Shipping Centers (ICSC), The Council of International Restaurant Real Estate Brokers (CIRB), Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce (Chamber 100), National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), and the Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM).

Education
Tanner holds a degree in Economics from Colorado State University and has been a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado, since 2003.
