Tom DiGregorio began his career in the retail shopping center industry in 1978. Since that time, he has participated in all aspects of retail development, including advertising & marketing, management, leasing and sales. At the onset of the off-price/outlet trend, Tom was an intricate part of the Lazard Freres, Inc. real estate arm. He headed a group specializing in converting failing shopping centers into off-price/outlet malls. His involvement with the outlet industry brought Tom to Colorado in 1984 where he converted Pioneer Plaza into The Outlet Centre. The initial leasing program successfully attracted new outlet tenants to the Colorado marketplace. These retailers included: Burlington Coat Factory, Nash Finch, Old Mill, The Linen Center, Famous Footwear, Housework’s and many more.
More recently, Tom worked as a Senior Broker for Antonoff & Company Brokerage, Inc. a full service Denver-based real estate brokerage firm. While at ACB, Tom handled six of Westwood Financials’ retail shopping centers. Tom successfully negotiated over 50 leases, purchases and sales in his short time at ACB. He also had Tenant Rep responsibilities which included tenants such as Sportsfan, Subway, El Tapatio Mexican Restaurant, Amore Gelato, FroYo Yogurt, etc. Tom was directly responsible for El Tapatio’s purchase of 4 Bennigan’s restaurants and he continues to represent them today.
Tom holds a Bachelor and Masters of Arts degree in Communications from LaSalle University.
