JOHN LIVADITIS, PRESIDENT

John Livaditis (President) has been immersed in real estate since he was a child.  John started working as a commercial real estate broker in 1998 and founded AXIO Commercial Real Estate in 2004, he has leased over one million square feet in Denver.  John has built a career working with both local and national concepts helping them secure the best locations at the best possible terms.  AXIO was created to be a boutique firm with the ability to focus more time on a smaller number of clients than the larger companies in the market.  John is  recognized throughout the industry as an expert in real estate and clients are consistently impressed but the amount of time John personally spends focused on their needs.  John received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and a Masters Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.  John is an accomplished athlete representing Greece at the 2002 Winter Olympics in the sport of Bobsled and remains active Skiing, Biking, playing Hockey, and chasing his three kids around.

BRIAN FRANK, SENIOR BROKER

Brian Frank is a Senior Broker with AXIO Commercial Real Estate. He began his real estate career as an intern at the Woodmont Company based in the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex assembling marketing packages, site tour books, and performing due diligence on development opportunities. Since then Brian has successfully represented investors, and retail/restaurant tenants by understanding the challenges affecting both sides, and bringing investors and tenants to mutually beneficial solutions. Before focusing on commercial real estate career, Brian was in the restaurant business and has opened several restaurant concepts for private investors.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys playing team sports, hiking with his wife and their 2 dogs, and taking weekend trips discovering unique places in and around the state of Colorado.

Brian received his degree in Sociology/Psychology from the University of North Texas. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado.

DAVID SCHNEIDER, SENIOR BROKER

 After 30 years in the restaurant and hospitality business, David Schneider made the career change to commercial real estate. After owning restaurants in both the fine dining and fast-casual markets, David understands the complexities that face both the tenant and landlord. David strives to successfully curate relationships that will stand the test of time. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, David is a father to twin eleven-year-old boys, enjoys live music and all that Colorado has to offer.
