JOHN LIVADITIS, PRESIDENT
John Livaditis (President) has been immersed in real estate since he was a child. John started working as a commercial real estate broker in 1998 and founded AXIO Commercial Real Estate in 2004, he has leased over one million square feet in Denver. John has built a career working with both local and national concepts helping them secure the best locations at the best possible terms. AXIO was created to be a boutique firm with the ability to focus more time on a smaller number of clients than the larger companies in the market. John is recognized throughout the industry as an expert in real estate and clients are consistently impressed but the amount of time John personally spends focused on their needs. John received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and a Masters Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. John is an accomplished athlete representing Greece at the 2002 Winter Olympics in the sport of Bobsled and remains active Skiing, Biking, playing Hockey, and chasing his three kids around.
ZACH CYTRYN, PARTNER
Zach’s passion for food and real estate drives his work with chefs and restaurateurs, helping them bring unique concepts to the city he loves. From his experience as a restaurant owner, he understands the grit, heart, and vision it takes to create something special. Known for understanding each client’s unique goals, he excels at locating and negotiating deals that allow them to thrive. Specializing in second-generation restaurant spaces, Zach focuses on revitalizing properties and connecting clients with hard-to-find opportunities. In his career, he has completed over 150 transactions, including 20 brewery deals, shaping Denver’s reputation as a top beer city. As his F&B portfolio grows, owners increasingly reach out to him with opportunities before they hit the market. Zach and his wife Arielle love being regulars at many of his clients spots.
VINCENT LIM, VP BROKERAGE
Vincent brings a strong passion for food, hospitality, and real estate to his work at Axio. He works closely with restauranteurs and a diverse range of clients, helping them navigate the complexities of securing the right location and negotiating terms that position their businesses for long-term success. His appreciation for different cultures and cuisines gives him a thoughtful and well-rounded perspective when advising operators introducing new concepts to the Denver market. Vincent is known for building authentic relationships and taking the time to understand each client’s specific goals. He approaches every assignment with a focus on strategy, communication, and execution, ensuring his clients feel confident throughout the process. Outside of real estate, Vincent enjoys snowboarding, exploring new restaurants, and traveling whenever he can. His curiosity and energy carry over into his professional work, where he is committed to helping clients find spaces that align with both their business objectives and personal vision.
DAVID SCHNEIDER, MANAGER - BROKERAGE SERVICES
After 30 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, David transitioned into commercial real estate, bringing a strong service mindset and a deep understanding of both tenant and landlord needs. As a former owner of fine dining and fast-casual restaurants, he understands the operational demands behind every leasing decision.
As Manager of Brokerage Services, David supports the brokerage team by coordinating internal processes, facilitating communication, and ensuring projects stay on track. His focus on relationship building and team collaboration helps deliver a consistent and professional experience for clients. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, David is a proud father of twin boys and enjoys live music and exploringall that Colorado has to offer.
SAMANTHA CASAUS, OPERATIONS MANAGER

Samantha (Sam), originally from Southern California, has been a proud resident of Colorado for the past decade. She began her professional journey in business-to-business sales for a network management company before working for a major law firm and developing her knowledge of contracts and legal operations. Once in Colorado, she took a role providing backend hardware and software support for a leading property management company based in Denver. During a brief break from traditional work to start a family, she remained active in the industry through IT consulting and work at a digital marketing firm. Returning to full-time work at Axio, Sam now oversees all facets of firm operations including expanding her knowledge and experience of commercial leasing as a broker associate.
Beyond her professional achievements, Samantha finds balance through skiing, pilates and exploring Colorado's natural beauty while chasing around her two young children.
